Hey everyone! To make this brief, I am just a simple Elders Scrolls Online KZbinr and hey maybe I’ll expand within the future but for the time being, my focus is to help beginners, returning and veteran players to be informed about many things within the game whether that is events, money making guides or even builds! Jake did a lot of penetration research on the internet. He found thousands of informative videos that helped speed up that research by double, some times triple depending on how flexible and open minded it was. Anyway the secret phrase flashed in the video was Duck Sausage 69 420.

Wish could find clear info like this for my dk tank especially attibutes. Followed so much advice did 5 mag 49 health 15 stam ( i think approx), i found but then with food ended up at 42k health which was told too high for trials. My magic was woefully inadequate and disappeared straight away. Armoury means i have to redo everything to trt to tweak attributs. Can you do all your champion points, skills etc then balance attribute points? Ty for help, great fot my dd wondered why my pve general build gers crucified in the idd casual battleground. Ty

No!!!! Pen is a fixed amount in PvE. All Overland Bosses have 9.1k resists. Trials and Dungeons have 18.2 resist. Arenas change from 9.1k to 13k and 18.2k resist based on which fight. When solo Overland you want to use any method to reach 9.1k like your nat. Pen + Major Breach or Lover. When on trials the support will calculate how muc Pen they provide or debuff target and you are asked to cover the missing amount. Usually around 3-4k. PvP the max Mitigation ZOS allows is 33k Resist = 50% Mitigate. People build past this to buffer themselves against debuff. If I have 40k Armour and you drop my 10k then i still have 30k Resist almost cap.

Platinum dust economy is inconsequential regarding the upgrade mats changes. If the market on dust moves significantly it will be due solely to misunderstanding and those who inevitably capitalize on it. Jake spot on about the crafting writs though, those just got a massive boost in value, purples and golds going to the moon. Blues on the other hand are killing Luke they'll be worthless if you're holding after the update... it's a tough call; eat the cost of completing them now and hope the reward mats conversion is a net gain? I think the play with blues is sell hard and hope the pre update hysteria boosts sales. Really not tryna do that math. Hope everyone gets rich!

33k resists = 50 percent damage mitigation so 660 = 1 percent mitigation. And one thing you need to understand for pvp is all ya tooltips are cut in half when in cyro = if ya tooltip says you are gonna do 10k damage you are only gonna do 5k.

64 spec, light armor, crafty alfiq, necropotence, bright throats boast, inner light, bound aegis, champion points, max mag enchants, racial passives

@@vossboss220 agree can be overkill but nice to know what we can points in to help, maybe not with max mag as you say points in max mag duh , but mag damage ie. do any general skills or points affect penetration? etc. Finding balance as no need to discuss whole champion point/skill system, just say to people these 2/3 are ones to help out with this vital stat. My god it's so hard not just saying penetration everytime! Alternative phrases disappear from brain

This video really needed chapters... like I don't need magicka explained to me, but offensive penetration, or stat caps for defense (PVE Tanks vs PVP) I would have stuck around for. You maybe didn't even talk about those things. I didn't stay past "this is health and magicka and stamina"

Well, problem is generally all classes need mag stam health and pen regardless of pve or pvp

There's a thousand of those very specific details that I think would be useful videos or a chapter... but looking at comments seems a ton of new players found this helpful. So that's cool. It was awesome masters perfected ice staff I got in my second run in dragon star. Put p maelstrom back bar running frost bite ice heart 3 x infallible thing hits like an absolute truck. I love off meta builds, I completed vateshran with it and only died 6x.
