all good but how do i get this quest to even happen? i have done previous story parts

You need to make sure you have completed all of the main story quests for necrom including the extra ones once the zone story quests are completed as well as completing all of the gold road zone story quests, then Scruut appears and leads you to a couple more quests, this being one of them.

Ok im confused i want that prurple element but i cant find this stupid fate quest how do you start it? I finished all west wealed quest and still nothin

You have to finish all of the zone story quests and then the extra quests that pop up after that in Beragon's home, when Scruut appears from the portal. If you have completed all zone story quests but Scruut doesn't appear, my guess is that you need to also complete all zone story quests for Necrom plus the bonus quests after that. If you have already done all of that then I have no idea sorry. So many people seem to be saying they can't see/finish the quests but I have no clue why, I just followed them one after the other as they appeared.

Ah ok. I'm confused I don't have this unlocked and I finished all of west weald. I want that purple weakness to elements lol

You get here by following the zone story quests, Scruut should appear in Beragons house to start the final quests after finishing the zone story.

I started the apocrypha quests, hoping it'll pop up once I finish these other "fate" quests

Hopefully it does, a few people have mentioned the quest with Scruut doesn't appear and I can't think of why unless you need to finish the full Necrom zone story quests and the extra ones that follow from that before these ones appear.
