Hi Ruben. If you're on the North American megaserver of Elder Scrolls Online you can. At least I think you can. I've set the Undercity to be my primary so if you look for the primary of Nikkojii it should allow you to visit. I think. I'm not really sure because I've only really had Guildies visit. If it doesn't work please let me know and I'll try to find a workaround. :)
