How are you getting console to show dps average? I've not found a way to actually parse it on ps4. What am i not doing?

You need to have the in game chat box open on the side of the screen(tap options and large pad in the center to bring up chat display) go beat on a dummy until it dies shortly after it's dead the dps will show in chat box. Mine was abysmally low with my reworked magsorc build😩 but i know the build is made for big aoe burst and decent single target. I'm using xynodes easysorc but I'm in the farming stage. My rotation sucks until i get used to the new style😠 guess it's time to practice lol

Shackle + bright throat + bloodspawn, or spinner + blackrose resto + necro/alfiq/bright throat/amber plasm/shackle or anything you want + bloodspawn, engine guardian, slimecraw, skoria or whatever you prefer, first setup would be most focused on sustain, probably better with cloak builds while second is a bit tankier with more healing and better for 1x1, especially using engine guardian to los or skoria to add more burst, also If you just go with 2 dmg sets like spinner/alfiq and necro, you can just focus your jewelry enchants/mundus on sustain to how much you feel comfortable, as dmg still nice with like 45k-50k magicka and some penetration, especially If consider that mag nb have some real good burst dmg with spec bow

Skill bar really depends, there's a lot of nice skills but no slots for everything, pretty much your start in skill bar is swallow soul and grim focus, so other skills depends on what you're looking for, fear is nice, ele drain, both invisible and dark cloak, both morphs of cripple (one If you use It for main cc, other If you just want an extra dot and magickasteal without need ele drain), shade, class snare remove, race against time, siphoning strikes, light armor shield, regen, healing ward, inner light, entropy, soul trap, lotus fan... And there's other skills that you could use depending on build too, like mark target, flame reach for extra dot or clench If you don't like to have only fear as It need to be on melee range (also cripple is great to keep distance), refreshing path, impale... Maybe i forgot some skill too, but overall these ones are your main skill, so which ones you'll use depends If you want more dmg, sustain or mitigation/healing, It will really depends on what you're looking for, like i've been playing with skill bar like that: grim focus, entropy, swallow soul, ele drain, inner light and soul harvest, backbar regen, cripple, soul trap, race against time/that snare remove morph of blur, invis cloak and undo/soul tether or meteor depending on situation, but pretty much is a cheese dmg build made to stay far and avoid fights, especially outnumbered ones, like If get focused just cloak away, but that's because i wanted something different after play a lot of tankier mag nb, like until last patch i was mostly using only swallow soul, spec bow and shade for dmg lol just used cripple in duels, beside it all other skills was cc, heal, sustain or mobility skills. But avg for these setups i said i would run a build with good mobility for sure as resists are low and you can't take much dmg, like in my current skill bar, only way to proc class resist passive is using cloak, while in a build using fear or dark cloak you can get some better uptime in this passive as you use these skills when start to take dmg, but like i said, It really depends on what you're looking for

this is my "own" rotation. I tested different ways to do the rotation and had best results with this.
