Is the color of the robe random and is this something that can be dyed? Sorry for the noob questions.

You can dye the costume at any outfit station if you have an eso plus memebership. I post in the video description the dyes i used and you can see in the video always various color variations :) The Female example in the video is the default costume without any dyes.
