Is Mag Sorc the strongest one bar build in the game?

My first character is a sorc and since I have tried everything else but I’m spoiled and they all feel like poop compared so I would say yea Probably.

Probably but Magplar is also a beast of a class :O

@@Christian2012-x8j It can be. "Strongest" also depends on how you play it, and the Sorcerer has the luxury of Range. A Magplar really has to get up close for Healing Sweeps, but they can. I'd say AS Strong, potentially. You just have to play them differently, but a Templar without spear-spam isn't really that much of a Templar. So, you have to get in their face.

Just want to say ive been loving the one bar builds. Explaining WHY you set up your bars the way you do makes it easier for me to make and simplify my own builds. Sometime soon these builds will show up on youtube, but I gotta learn to edit first lol

The great thing about 1 bar builds is you can use the Back-Bar for utilities. You can even carry around a Restoration Staff, because there's no reason not to. A 1 bar Sorcerer can easily switch to Healer in a pinch (Especially if you already have Twilight Matriarch, or it sure helps. You don't want to have to hard-cast it when you switch.)

I levelled this up and just got to 50 and am clearing Blackwood . I just solo'd Silent halls public dungeon and also the group event in there , I can't believe I never died doing that , it was fairly tough for me . I'm going to look at 2 bars , I find it more difficult with like I said earlier , a little arthritis in my hands but gonna give it a shot :)

Dude, this is pretty much my 'spam' bar for my magsorc. Only I have mages wrath aswell for a slight dot and burst when somebody dies whilst it's active...really helps that burst believe it or not lol

Crushing shock morph would be a better than force pulse for stunning the mages in the minotaur platform jumping level in Vateshran. IMO

I'd like to try this out I have a touch of arthritis so one bar builds are a Godsend to me . But , your written full guide and full build links are to the ignition sorcerer 2 bar builds .I'm pretty new to the game and probably missing something . What is it :) Ahh got it , fullbuild means both bars yeah :P

Why not use harden ward instead of dampen shield or empowered instead of harness? Both shields of sorcerer are stronger, cheaper and privide better utility.

You can pick up essence orbs to increase it during your time in the arena

With 1 bar builds I performe much worse on vVA. Without Mystic orb I would never beat vet arenas

I don’t love it. Seems great for a beginner but you have a trial set and Medusa staff is a pain to get. Also using expensive pots for your major sorcery and with a build like this you won’t be doing any hard content so seems like a waste if your just going around questing and what not. Why not just put the buffs on the back bar and say almost one bar lol
