Unless its bugged, the Wretched tooltip says it procs from debuffing an enemy, not buffing yourself. You can make up the crit damage from not running RAT running ele succeptability with that back bar ice staff, and use path for extra sustain/proccing concealed buff.

It says when you BUFF or DEBUFF a TARGET, you gain the recovery. So it works if you target yourself.

@@Its_JEH actually not alot of people know how wretched vitality works, the set lies to you whenever you buff yourself it also counts as you a target, so procing vigor and then hitting someone with elemental sus gives you the full buff

if you have wretched vitality, you dont have to use jewels of misrule or orzogas you can take a buff food with regen and stam or mag like artaeum takeaway broth or clockwork citrus filet

Your build is hard to follow since you kept jumping between skills, gear and your attributes. I find this build interesting as you don't see many people who mix attributes but its hard to pinpoint when you go into what because it's kind of all over the place. Just a tip going forward to maybe try and break it up more concisely between skills, gear and attributes, either that or start releasing written guides along with these videos. Just a couple suggestions, nice vid and good build.

Bloodthirsty scales higher when they have low health, but at that point a merciless/execute can KO them anyway without the extra from BT.
