Trial by fire is slightly better than pariah because you can for sure someone will throw ele sus on you which will immediately proc that 8k resist rather than waiting for you to get into exe range for that 8 to 9k resist which by then it will be too late.

heavy and medium gives the best survivability but if you want more dmg not needed you can run light

@ this build is tanky and has good damage but if you can look into other damage sets as deadly isn’t as strong anymore it still works to get you started but feel free to change the build to how you see fit

like the biggest problem i see is dropping extended ritual to have momentum. Like why? You have major wep/spell dmg buff from jabs and then you choose snare removal + minor stam regen for purge 5 negative effect and big heal its just not worth it

Positioning and using the environment is really important. You won't take as much damage if they can't hit you lol. Thats why you see people running around resource towers, they create space to heal then come back in to try and burst and then repeat. Don't just run at people in the open. Templar used to be able to stand its ground but not as much these days.

Like they said resource management, buff uptimes and positioning are key elements to survivability. If your next skill isn't going to kill them it's usually more beneficial to take that time to rebuff or cleanse debuffs. Charging in head first without proper skill management is a killer. Plus don't forget a good offense is a good defense as well. Putting out serious damage gives you time to think. They go defensive and you have time to decide if you need to rebuff or attack

Not sure if im cursed or what but my toppling charge and binding javelin almost never stun the enemy. Binding javelin will sometimes stun them i usually need to throw like 3 in a row to stun them once but toppling charge legit never stuns anyone lol When i use my sorc, my bolt escape neeeever stuns anyone, i try to use it against ball groups or zergs and it literally does nothing. idk cant explain it.

I agree, i prefer a dmg set where the dmg can transfer to the bb so my heals benefit from it, if not then id go with something like oakfather or essence thief etc, even soulshine is underated but when your going offensive it has 100% uptime on some decent dmg.

@@GrayGaar a build is a build, regardless of platform. There are just better sets than deadly in the current state of the game. Most pen sets and crit sets outperform it. Plus even something basic like ayleid king is just all around better than this build you have. But thats just my opinion
