So are you using swamp raiders 2h fromt bar , swamp raider bow backbar ?? And if so what trait on bow ? Defending im assuming ?? Build looks good isit still good now ?

Yes sorry for the mixup there. You are right, 2h and bow both Swamp Raider. I actually used Sharpened on both. Nightblades can afford to be on the squishy side.

Sorry, looks like I made a typo. I'll add a comment to explain it. It's a bow on the back bar, sharpened with weapon damage.

Unfortunately, that's a pretty central part of the build and would require a complete rework to rebalance it.

You'll need to farm the world bosses for that one. They're not too tricky, but it's a pretty dead zone so getting help may be a challenge. They are occasionally sold on guild traders, although I had trouble finding a bow that way.

Do you think camoflauged hunter IV is better than piercing mark iv? thats what im running. Very similar build

Camo Hunter adds extra crit chance passively for being slotted, and reveals nearby stealthed players when activated. Piercing Mark applies Major Breach to the target, reveals stealth for a few seconds, and heals you if the target dies while active. I find Piercing Mark more useful, as the Major Breach is an incredibly valuable debuff. Camo Hunter reveals in a nearby area, but not at range, and doesn't provide the debuff. In a perfect world, if you've got space, use both.

I use this in Cyrodiil a lot and it works just as well. Folk are at times a bit tankier, so you need to know when to keep going and when to find another victim, but that's true of any nightblade build.

hmm mkay, in the gear section it says swampraider maul AND greatsword? yet you have a bow on sec.. so, it's either maul/ bow or a sword/ bow..? (some of us just have to ask those stupid questions ) Would be nice to see a slow motion of this gameplay (some of us elders might need that too) xD

Yeah sorry about that, I covered it in a previous comment. I used a bow in the end, but made the gear sheet before I switched it up. Completely my mistake. Go for the bow, turns out it is way more versatile and tons of fun. Sorry for the mix up! As for some slow mo combat, I'll be sure to add some in future videos. I tend to speed it up, but I'll see how some mixed speed combat clips look. Thanks very much for your input, always appreciated!

@@CernyGaming thanks for your response! I get it. I have almost everything in order here for this build, but I still kinda suck even tho I'm 1000 cp haha. I just can't click buttons fast enough.. maybe I use the wrong skills at the wrong time, and light attack weaving etc, don't even get me started, that's rocket science right there... Now I'm afraid of doing dungeons because of my CP, people expect a lot more than what they get lol. That's why I asked for the slow motion gameplay! How can I be so invested in this game but still suck? I need a pvp-guardian.. pve + dungeons is ok, not the best damage with this build YET (prob because I dont know how to play it properly) but, I never die :)

I’m new to the game do I get this gear through dungeons once I hit cp 160?

When you hit CP160, any gear you find will stay powerful even when you level up. Before CP160, gear you find will depreciate as you level up past it. Gear farming is best saved until CP160. Many good sets can be found in dungeons, but elsewhere has very good sets as well. Trials, crafting, PvP and Overland all have their own sets that drop depending on which content you complete. It takes some research, but it's easier to get to grips with than most MMOs.

I stuck them all into stamina for this one. If you find that you need a bit more health then go for it, but the mobility and stealth go a long way for survivability. You can see from the footage that I'm able to keep myself alive in outright Combat against multiple enemies despite not pumping into health.

Thanks very much, I'm glad you like it! Just beware that dual wield does not have any skills that benefit from Swamp Raider. From bow, Lethal Arrow, Arrow Spraw, Toxic Barrageand Poison Arrow all benefit from the 600 extra weapon damage.

What about bow AND dual wield? I find it's easier and visually obvious to defend against someone who is winding up a heavy attack or skill with a 2h weapon.

How is that stamblade when you have heavy gear and magic increases?

Most stamina builds use some magicka, and most magicka builds use some stamina. StamBlades in particular still make use of the Shadowy Disguise skill, which costs magicka, and must therefore invest in it a little. Regardless, our primary attribute is stamina, most of our main skills cost stamina, stamina is the main resource we must maintain a good economy on with this build, it uses stamina based weapons and uses mostly medium armour, which boosts stamina recovery.

That's correct. Rather than running an offensive bar and a defensive bar, we instead run two damaging bars. Swamp Raider greatly benefits Lethal Arrow and Poison Injection, so the back bar weapon must be Swamp Raider. Sharpened is necessary for us to get such a huge amount of penetration.

Do you have the Lover mundus stone, and the Nightblade Assassin passives? Champion point passives? Golden out weapons? It's hiding somewhere, you'll find it =)

Thanks very much! Sorry for not including that bit. Don't stick them all into stamina. The exact distribution will depend on the quality of your gear and enchantments, but you'll need to be capable of at least taking a hit or two. We get our damage from weapon damage, so aim to put some into your health. We have some defensive tools with invisibility and strong healing, so you're not aiming for tank health. Upwards of 27K is sufficient.

Thanks very much! Crit damage should be sitting around 90%. You can increase this by switching to an axe if you wish, or changing Wrathful Strikes to Backstabber (for flanking only), but I find 90% more than enough.

Are you running mundus warrior or lover in this? I saw you mention lover in a comment but the video shows warrior

Thanks very much! Much appreciated. I don't often play vamp where I can help it, but I see why a lot of people like it. My playstyle doesn't make the low health damage mitigation necessary, and the skill cost increase isn't worth it for me.

What's seeming not enough for you, friend? 6k spell damage is pretty solid by itself. But he's got good penetration as well. Don't forget about Swamp Rider set, it doesn't show in the stats. It seems that skills need to be worked with. I would change some of them to get breaches, but anyway... NBs get their most potential from stealth buffs and their ult IMHO.
