The Strom Rage build has been updated for The Elder Scrolls Online, Patch 37, Scribes of Fate!! It's a bit of an Overhaul in comparison, but still keeps what made the build to begin with. this Update has been very good to us, our Survivability is the best it's ever been, and our AOE damage is all kinds of ridiculous!

I forgot this guy runs straight dots no spammable lol. I started using more dots because of your videos, and I am clearing much harder content.

Dots do the work for you, and when you're on the move they still work away. And if you pair that with the pale order ring, you never stop healing. It's always been my go to style

very high quality video. the build looks really fun but im hesitant to main a sorcerer because i like using dual wield and bow but hate the new flurry animation lol

I hate the flurry animation too, but I find it syncs better with the over all move. Just hard to know if I animation canceled right sometimes 😂

Ive been saying this for what feels like 400 years, but here i go again: relequen does not translate well into solo content

It does when you have a constant tick of damage equalling health. If you prefer taking really large hits, then yes tanking gear is better. But for speed and intense health regeneration, relequen is vastly better. Especially if you know the mechanics like the back of your hand.

@@DyingLegacy solo content features many quick fights which last from 0 to 5 seconds. Relequen is useless here. What you need is a set with upfront burst. Sets like Julianos/Hunding/OrdersWrath which are planejane stat boosters are stronger in these scenarios. Briar heart is a great middleground because it adds survival and also damage. Tzogvin also is great. But relequen is designed for long fights, which are rare in solo content. Not to mention that its painfully conditional. If bosses have invulnerability mechanics, or long movement mechanics, your dps will drop significantly. Go for pure stat boosters, Ansuul is a new example of a clean booster set, pretty much always works and makes your damage nice and thick

@andrewmicallef9679 My builds were intended for soloing dungeons and other group content as well as solo veteran content. It performed the best at that time. Content is also very situational, my builds are mostly as damage over time where relequen out performed in healing efficiency over flat stat items. But again that was at the time. There's been a lot of updating since, and unfortunately I have not played in year and I have no understanding of changes since then.

You need to level up the ability from having it in your skill bar first. Same as every other skill in the game. I have never heard of skills becoming bugged, but then again, there's always a first
