Me too bud, me too. Damn mushrooms in vault of umbrage always seems to fuck me one way or another. Sometimes mushrooms spawn under the adds that shield you from shout which is like a guarenteed death. Love it...maybe one days when the stars align me and you will get flawless =)

iam not as good as u in maelstrom arena, but a tip, for example for the first boss nuke, instead of nuke him with spamming flurry, u should use the burst dmg ground aoe (dont know the name) of the warden on cooldown it does way more dmg than one time casting flurry :D only sayin

Doesnt really need the range attack since he's using a bow, and he also has mobility from the vicous ophidan set. So the need for another ranged attack isnt really necessary. I know most wardens dont use racers for maelstrom and use the slot for either extra buffs or heals, or AoE attacks.

Dude are you using bloodthirst for the heals or rapid strikes? You seem to get way more healing than me, I'm finding it hard at the moment. Also does tenacity really make a good difference? I don't have anything in that at the moment. I just need to live lol and you're making it look so easy

I will always take bloodthirst over rapid strikes, means I can stay aggressive without having to back off to heal. Its best to try and cast vigor before you know a lot of damage is incoming, which just comes with experience. Also try dodge rolling just after a vigor. lol Tenacity and mooncalf are pretty much worthless, I run 40+ into dodge roll and block cost reduction and it has helped a lot with sustain. I have done hundreds of runs of vMA so dont worry too much, the key is to stay aggressive. The fast shit dies, the less incoming damage. Hope this helps

Blockmore cheers dude, tried this on my stam warden a while back and couldn't get passed stage 5 last boss just due to the adds all hitting me at once haha. I'll give it another go and switch to bloodthirst, you make it look so easy! Thanks for the advice :)

Practice, practice, and more practice. You first run will be your worst. I know I went through a whole stack of soul gems my first run. After some practice and runs, I'm getting vitality bonus now which means you die less than 15 times. I havent got flawless yet, but once again more practice. You can tell this guy has run maelstrom 100's if not 1000's of times, he knows exactly where everything is going to spawn and puts his attacks down before they spawn. This helps tremendously but only if you know where they gonna spawn. And this once again, comes with practice. However, not many people can remember as well as this guy. Alcast puts videos up all the time of new builds for maelstrom and does flawless runs. And he still doesnt know the spawn like he does. But the more ya know the better. Its worth the time and gold to get your gear setup right before attempting this. The time you put into the setup will save you time and frustration in the arena. Make sure at least your weapons are gold as this gives you a BIG dmg boost. Good luck!
