Yes, the city and guilds website has 3 practice tests, but check that your teacher isn't planning to use them. Other good websites to practice listening are Flo-Joe.co.uk (aim for the PET materials) and breakingnewsenglish.com. For speaking, I recommend going and chatting to old men in the park...check they don't have a bottle of cider first.
