Omg I tried explaining this to my sister who just knows her pile right at the start by sight. I focus on each pile and listen for that feeling in my gut! I got pile 1 and man o man was it spot on lol especially the part where my own belief in love is what is keeping me from it. Last year I was working out 5 days a week for 2 hours a day, lost 60lbs and was finally feeling good and happy and stable. Then while working out, my acl tore in my last good knee making it extremely hard to go about a normal day (because both knees have torn acls now and i don't have insurance or someone to take care of me if I got the surgery) so because of this I've been much more ... cynical? I always knew finding love would be hard for me (cap moon and virgo venus 😬 not a good combo when finding love lol) but now that I use a wheelchair/ cane and I'm back to being 300 lbs I find it even HARDER to find it. I know I'm deserving of love but it seems that everytime I'm happy, the universe takes it away! It's a pattern, Anything that brings me happiness is taken from me in 2 years or less everytime. So now I'm scared to be happy. And my abandonment issues are no help either because I know if I find love and am happy... it won't last and I'll be abandoned yet again... it's easier to just be okay with dying alone with my cats.. I don't know how to get out of this mindset. To stop being scared of being happy when I crave it so bad. It really does feel like the universe favors others over me at this point. I know this way of thinking is what's holding back the gift of love, a gift I so desperately want to feel at least once before I die, a gift I fear I may never have.. I have until January of 2027 I've decided. My body is quickly deteriorating and without any way to help myself I fear what lays in my future in regards to my physical health. So while I'm deserving of love like everyone else, how am I ever going to find someone who is willing to be with a fat, autistic, cripple? I know they exist but far and few in-between. The logical side of me says it will never happen because there is too many things about me that they would have to deal with, including being my caretaker... my heart has so much love to give and no one to give it to even platonically. How do I jump that hurdle? When the logical side makes so much sense .. how am I supposed to believe there is someone for me?

It is the same for me. The friendship with my former best friend of 2 decades became really toxic. We had a huge fight in a time I was traumatized and got triggered on what felt like a daily basis. It felt like I had to set myself on fire to keep her content with her boundaries while mine were disrespected almost every time I tried to set them. It shouldn't have taken me 2 years to even realize how traumatized I was because I was busy tending her wounds of that time. My pain that almost cost my life wasn't even acknowledged. Only her pain. If I said that I was in pain, she countered with something that should show me that her pain was bigger. As if this was a competition. I can't go on like this anymore in the hopes to repair something that can't be fixed anymore. So I said that I was done after she questioned the worth of our connection and my worth (which she knew that was one of my biggest triggers). She became incredibly cruel and I was just done with this bs. Because the guy that I like is connected to her, I thought that I maybe destroyed a part of our connection by breaking off the connection to her. I hope I can take this video as a sign, that I did the right thing.

About some red flags throughout the time, about our short comings and how I sometimes also had toxic behavior, etc. I can't blame everything on her and I know that to other people she might be a way better friend than to me and vice versa. I am just really sad that I became indifferent to all those happy memories with her throughout my life. But life goes on and now there is space for a healthier connection and deeper healing. The guy was the one who showed me that I should care more about my well being. Because of him I started to look into shadow work and how healthy boundaries etc looked like. He was also glad that I stopped blaming myself for everything. :) he is truly one of the most lovable person ever. 😊 But there are other circumstances that plays into it, that are hard to explain.... But enough of that. Again... Thank you for giving me courage to not fall into old habits again. :) you are truly a wonderful person.
