I like the M-1 in White. I wish it stilled showed the pedigree of a ESP guitar made in Japan, pre- E-2 branding. ESP Standard sounds so much better. Just my opinion. I love the guitars though so.

The prices are pretty absurd especially considering we don't get an ESP logo on the headstock...also when are we getting any bright and fun colors instead of this muted depression

The logo legitimately doesn’t matter. These guitars are the exact same line as the ESP Standard Series, and by this point they’re even better quality. This argument died almost 10 years ago.

Tbh eII looks more kick ass and when you hold it and others see it you're holding a real character. EII says a lot in player's hands .

I love my 2007 ESP M-II, I don't like the new ones saying E-II. The iconic ESP block letters are so cool, and remind me of the ESPs from the Metallica - One video

There was a Japanese-market E-II M-I (one pickup) guitar with hardtail bridge. Please include this instrument in the international offer in the future. It is currently listed among the ongoing models on the Japanese site. "M-I THRU NT / See Thru Black Sunburst". It doesn't have stainless steel frets, that's the one thing that isn't perfect about it.

I love ESP but not enamored with Fishman. My first and last experience with their pick ups drained my batteries and neck pick up died on practically brand new EC1000. EMG has better QC and longer battery life. EMG all the way ESP!

Everyone is going direct mount. I hate it because swapping pickups is a pain in the ass when you have to drill the screw holes out to fit direct mount instead of pickup rings.

Got an E2 M1 1/10 made and it has headstock paint peel under the clear coat. It shits me cause it’s not the Japanese perfection I expect from everything else they do. If ESP read this ,reply and I’ll send you the receipt and photo. All my rigs are showroom condition too ,no mistreatment or neglect. Hit me up ESP

I really like the guitars but I think that they're not very affordable for most people and are definitely overpriced guitars. I can buy a custom made Kiesel built how I want for less money that's made in the USA. Great guitars but they've priced them out of the market for anyone who's not making a living with their guitar and it seems ESP continues to raise their prices.

The M-II was almost perfect but moving the dot inlays literally ruined the whole guitar for me. 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Asymmetrical inlays hurt my brain. Oh also, bring ESP standard back 🙌

They’re not going to change their entire branding because some internet dork named Von Zkünk thinks they’re missing out on revenue. The E-II line are the exact same as the old Standard Series, but even higher quality than before. Even the current LTD 1000 series are on-par with the Standard Series from 10 years ago.

I don’t get why some people have an issue with this, the E-II line are top shelf factory guitars and the new logo makes these guitars seem more modern than before. I own the M-II and this guitar feels swankier than my 2019 60’s Gibson LP standard, which is also very high quality.

@@CrzyWzrd4L I own two ESP guitars pre E-2 era and I think people do care, I believe the quality is no different. For me the branding does not look modern it looks tacky, they wanted to make a point of difference from USA guitars.

Kramer are all built in Indonesia. You want comparable specs and price, get an LTD 600 series.

@@zikkicharade No they aren’t lol. Cheap lumber that sounds terrible, Duncan models that SD can sell for $20 wholesale and Floyd 1000s, and built in Indonesia. ESP E-IIs use original Floyd Originals, Fishmans, high quality lumber, stainless steel frets, thinner finishes, AND built in Japan. It’s perfectly okay to like Kramer, but Kramer and the Japanese ESP lines aren’t comparable whatsoever.

I wish they would made more 600-800 dollar guitars. It's basically 200 series and then 1000. Few 400 models. We need more budget guitars where you can also get Seymour Duncans and EMGs.

@@CrzyWzrd4L all ok but ESP started using SS frets and Fishman pickups on their E-II models from this year. Previous models were all using NS frets and EMGs. Still i agree with the guy about the prices, some E-IIs this year are just slightly under 4k euros, so they're not that great of a deal right now.
