heat up the logo with a hair dryer ,i used a 88mil. sharp dunlop pick and popped it off. left with 2 tiny holes..

Was hoping to hear some clean tones too, also the frets are stainless on all the new models. Not sure when they made the change, but I thought it was in like 2021. Weird to see this one doesn't have stainless frets. You sure they aren't?

I bought this guitar as well. I agree the LTD should not be raised. I think they should have included black inlays. Im personally going to use black star stickers to inlay mine. It just looks cool. Maybe I’ll turn this into a Frankenaxe and do my own thing since it’s somewhat a cheaper guitar than a ESP USA model. Keep jammin man! Update, I just removed the LTD logo off the headstock. I'm much happier. You can pry it up an off with a blade. The prongs holding the logo on are 1/4 inch long....just pry them up lightly and they'll come off. I'd rather have it plain black then LTD raised logo!!!!! Update, FYI I found out that Musicians Friend and Guitar Center are under the same umbrella. Meaning they pull from the same stock, but sometimes they pull from stores if they are trying to get rid of stuff. I found that out from the girl taking care of my order from MF.

Are all of the Black Metal line basically the same guitar with different bodies? I only just quickly looked them over, and they're all basically the same price, give or take about $50. Always thought the F-series body looked great, might pick up the Black Metal version of it, but I can't find any dang reviews of that specific version!

For the most part. Yes they are the same. The neck may be different but overall, it’s the same.

What's the difference between this model and base without Floyd ..sorry for the noob q

Just the Floyd. The model that doesn’t have a Floyd is a hard tail string through. You just wouldn’t have the option of Floyd tricks but you also wouldn’t have the issue that some folks have with using a Floyd. I also think the hard tail is $50 less but I haven’t checked prices since before the video.

Nah the no inlays isn’t a bother. It’s a lot of fun and it makes the board look sleek.

The new ones may; I’m not sure if this model was affected by that or not, but my version doesn’t haven’t stainless.
