How To program esp8266 over the air(OTA):
This Video will guide you to perform OTA on ESP8266.
Over The Air Update is very simple. You just have to
1. Upload ota sketch using usb cable to the esp8266
2. Then connect to wifi
3. Choose OTA port in arduino IDE

I did what you said but wifi serial port is not visibled yet. I can see just com3

I can connect to ESPlorer read chip id, NodeMCU 0.9.6 build 20150704 powered by Lua 5.1.4 firmware etc. send a blink and hello world but arduino will not recognize board. Will not load basic OTA. Reinstalled everything!

Best regards. First of all, thanks for the video and tutorial. I understood the whole procedure but, my difficulty lies in the issue of implementing the OTA code in a normal Arduino code; what OTA code functions (e.g. BasicOTA) should be implemented in the new code? Thank you
