I have a bionic arm and the only thing I would change is the way to improve the hand from opening up and closing sensors. Because im an amp from below the elbow, i still have all my nerves in tact that move individually that would be my actual fingers if I still had them. So I can wiggle my pinky and actually feel a spot on my arm that is different than when I wiggle my thumb. The sensors right now that are used in all hands work by tightening up all of the nerve muscles, almost like making a fist if you had one. And that's actually really tough! It also is problematic when you move your arm and your bones accidently put pressure on the pad inside. These are just my little things I know you can improve! Im looking forward to the future

how good, and quite ironic, the hand shown 'making' parts of itself!, good job, proves their ability to do anything.

You're still lacking Radial rotation. This causes the difficulty in using the prosthetic in a more organic movement arc. Depending on the control used, you could adapt a simple worm gear style mechanism that will hold position while providing parity 180* rotation or unlimited 360* rotation.
@Zireael1706
@Zireael1706 Жыл бұрын
The difficulty is not in the mechanism. It is in obtaining the neuron signals generated for the said motion.

❤I loved it, but my financial condition does not allow me to buy this hand, but I thank the person who made it from my heart. This will make people like me happy in their lives and make them forget the pain of the event and people’s looks. Your brother from Morocco

the purely mechanical hand from ian davis seems better IMO, but this hand by esper is improving rapidly.

Ian’s mechanical hand requires an organic remnant in order to function. He still has a wrist and thumb muscle. It’s much different

Is it fully waterproof and able to take a beating like Taska? I don't need another hand that has to be sent back for repairs every two months.

Very cool, however, since it doesn't have the wrist, it should probably be shorter to make things like eating or reaching to the lower parts of the face easier.
