First of all, sorry for the rant, the deck looks very fun and I don't want to ever deter someone from having fun but that being said: I would play Prismatic Ending over Fatal Push and void rend together unless you want to specifically want to get rid of Yawgmoth to which I'd advise to just sideboard 1 or 2 fatal pushes or stern scolding. Profane Tutor doesn't really make sense to me, sure it's decent with the bunch of 1 offs but I would instead just play Stoneforge Mystic as your tutor choice, this way you can also be a predominately white deck which I think helps your manabase a lot and it's a creature to go with your swords, spear and plating. Also, just play the playset of Marsh Flats, I don't really see why you prioritize dividing your fetchlands over getting the basics that you need if you need them, there's really barely any reason to be into blue other than maybeeee a splash color for sideboard cards, 2 copies of no more lies and 1 void rend are hardly a reason to go into blue, this way you can also just play 4 of urza's saga which is just a hugeee reason to be in this kind of deck. Counterspells in general are not good in a deck that wants to play a creature on their turns and it doesn't work very well, merfolk is an exception because of Aether vial and flash creatures. Finally, this deck needs a higher quantity of cards that are just straight up GOOD in the modern metagame, cards like orcish bowmasters, solitude, dauthi voidwalker etc (although dauthi will be hard to play with your mana). Grief, Ephemerate yada yada, Etched Champion is a 3 mana 2/2, sure it's fun but it's just not going to ever perform I'm really sorry.

Thank you for the suggestions! The idea behind not including cards like Bowmasters, Stoneforge and Solitude is that I wanted zero targets for my opponents' removal, thus eliminating their chances to commit crimes and blanking many cards in their deck. The downside to this strategy is that our clock is somewhat slow as the protection from creatures are small.

@@sshroom7713 It's an interesting strategy. Well the thing with those cards is that sure they can remove your creature but in the case of stoneforge you get your equipment out of it just like when you tutor one with profane. And with bowmasters that you kill their creature ocassionally and even if they remove it you've done something valuable.

Love that this deck has ALL the answers... you just never drew them at the right time

I think you would win consistently with a better mana base. Why no basic islands?

This is a good deck. Too bad you got some bad matches, but it shows great promise. 🤓
