Early morning 4am start chanting OMMMMM the last mmmm go on chant slowly till end then you can see excellent result and chant omm as long as you can . DO it twice or thrice a day atleast 108 times . After couple of days your shatchakras will awake . Practically i faced those vibrations. Tashi Delek! In my humble opinion this recording is one of the most powerful tools for cathartic healing. As a psychologist (and a Buddhist of 53 years in this lifetime) I believe that many times a human soul can carry embedded trauma. This trauma is secured in the sub basement of the mind and many times music or a song can release tears of healing. This is a miracle of a recording and it accomplishes this.
