As long as Buffalo sticks to the run game I think they’ll put up 30 against KC again. KC’s run defense is 8th or 9th depending on who you talk to, but Buffalo has put up 357 rushing yards this playoff season against the number 1 and number 3 run defense. If KC sells out to stop the run Josh Allen will spread the ball around and dice up the KC secondary.

Prediction: Bills play a lot more man coverage in this game, like they did in week 11. It worked for them in week 11. Travis Kelce has 2 catches for 8 yards on the game, and they didn't have arguably their best coverage linebacker in Matt Milano. This is the healthiest they've been playing KC in the playoffs. Only missing 1 defensive starter. Last year they were missing like 6 and playing free agent linebackers who hadn't played a snap all season prior to that game(they signed AJ Klein because Klein had played with them in the past and knew McDermott's system and terminology, pretty much only reason and they had no choice). Because of the injuries and the fact they had to dig deep in their depth chart, this led to a major loss of communication on the defense and as a result, the Chiefs got anything they wanted in that game. All gonna come down to one thing. Can the Bills convert 3rd downs more than the Chiefs. Can they stay on the field and can they actually force the Chiefs to punt the ball a couple times this game. They do it all the time in the regular season, but then in the playoffs they struggle to generate stops(last year the injuries played a major factor in this). This defense has to find a way to play even better than they did against the Chiefs in the regular season. You have to give the ball back to Josh Allen WITH A LEAD so he has opportunities to make it a 2 possession game. The defense has ALWAYS been the story for why the Bills lose these games in the postseason. It's never been on Allen and the offense. I feel like at some point, the ball is gonna have to bounce the other way, the whole "law of averages" and all.
