@Warthogg-wv5wg Sighhh.... let me explain this to you. Dink and dunk works when you can get first downs between the numbers on slants, crossovers and inside routes. That's why Payton cut Russ.. dude couldn't see the middle of the field. Also, you need a receiver AND a tight end that can run those inside routes. Broncos don't even have a tight end ( please don't mention Krull or Dulcich lol) and who will be the Amon-Ra of the Broncos offense?? Dink and Dunk works if you have the PLAYERS for it.
@jacobclark25322 ай бұрын
@controversialcardchannel while I agree with you, Denver will have time to get Nix the pieces. They just need to get past this year of cap hell.
@pnoypassion2 ай бұрын
@@controversialcardchannel fair explanation, it's a total different QB now, Russell Wilson was obviously not that style of QB especially that he didn't follow the play calling of Sean Payton, to also be fair who's to say maybe there's not one or two of the pass catchers on the roster now that are that "dink and dunk" type of player which may be misjudged due to R Wilson not following the play call and playing off script like he likes to. Just like the video pretty much says which I agree with is Payton got his QB that will do what he says and execute the calls in to the huddle, and who knows with the pass catchers style on the rosters now maybe Payton will design a more deep ball style if he feels that's a better fit for of their talents. It's all a wait and see.

Josh Allen has a cannon for an arm, but he's also prone to throw interceptions. I think that most of the "big arm QBs" are overrated. I'll take accuracy over strength every time. Oh, and by the way, Bo's arm is strong enough. If you look at Bo's college numbers -- he don't turn the ball over. He don't throw interceptions and he don't fumble, he just wins games. ❤

Booger McFarland either sucks as an analyst or just plain does not have a CLUE!!! Bo Nix was a DUAL THREAT FIVE STAR RECRUIT!!! with over 2,000 rushing yards and 34 rushing TD's in High School and also didnt mind running the ball in college just means he can run the ball if he has to but the plays that were called in were plays to pass the ball and he did it well, Booger is saying the "least talented" because he didnt do much running the ball which is ok because he learned and practiced more of the passing game and pre and post snap game which is why he's head and shoulders prepared of the QB's picked ahead of him and it shows I have heard he prepares and studies the game more than those picked ahead of him and even more so than an NFL vet and remember the "least" talented QB's are the ones that end up better in the NFL anyways. Talent DOES NOT determine the player especially at QB.

@travisoshea2 ай бұрын
@@JWLSports man I really do think that the vast majority of football fans make their hard subjective opinions from playing Madden, watching and following people play online, watch these FTF and ESPN shows, and watch the prime time games. There are people who will also only watch “their” team and make these crazy statements as belief because they feel informed and right. People don’t really want to take the time to go watch an hour or 2 or even a bunch of coaching clinics to at least understand the game, which I get, football is entertainment but, then don’t make these wild ass statements. Hahaha Also, if you have played at a sport higher level just high school and or even maybe coached at the high school, you learn a massive perspective on how sports are taught and somewhat ran. When you get to those higher levels like college, semi professional or even professional, then you REALLY understand, and I don’t think there are many people who have done that so they will listen to a Nick Wright or a podcast or just look at the stat sheet and use that as their own argument etc
@JWLSports2 ай бұрын
So I think most likely, people mainly only watch their own team, and just use box scores and “stats” to form opinions along with whoever they follow online like Nick, Colin, etc . Like Josh Allen isn’t that good because he’s never won. And it’s like, have you actually watched his games before? Before I started to watch games more deeply when I was younger. I would rely on ESPN to just tell me who is good and who isn’t. And that’s when I had like an “awakening” when I got older and saw these guys are wrong so often! Patrick Mahomes is a qb who can play in any era. Like John Elway. Mahomes isn’t trying to play off script. He just makes plays because all he has is a tight end, a 170 lbs running back, a mediocre o line, and no depth at wr. I’m a 36 year Broncos fan and that man isn’t Lamar Jackson or Michael Vick. He’s Elway or young. A guy who can grasp a complex offense and still make plays when that offense breaks down. Look at all the winning qbs. All pocket passers. Who won with a “hybrid” or a “running qb”. Nobody. It’s always been the accurate guy who can see the field, get rid of the football, and read a defense.
