Its hard to win an MVP when you have a deep team, and like a lot of other leagues, its hard to actually see who the best player is until the playoffs/finals. No different than Embiid and Jokic this past year. That's also what makes sports dope, because now Stewie and Ionescu should come back harder next season. @JB-bw8nj I always knew these women were talented to be honest because when I was a little kid in the early 2000's the games would come on regular TV and I'd watch a few games. As a teen though watching basketball with no dunking seemed impossible to me though but since covid I started watching more consistently and I'm impressed night in and night out. Just waiting until Angel Reese gets drafted for me to pick my favorite team at this point.

Great commentary here! As I have stated before, I really admired the fact that Becky Hammond made sure that the non-starters got as much quality playing time as possible, throughout the regular season. This was valuable in the end because this explains why the non-starters were able to get the job done when it was needed in game 4. Coach Hammond has won 2 WNBA tittles in 2 years of coaching. How about K. Bell having 2 rings already in her first 2 seasons. I disagree with the comment that the Liberty were not ready yet? They also had a dream team, had no injuries and beat us 3 out of 5, during the regular season. WNBA MVP Breanna Stewart shot 3-17 in game 4 and had a dismal performance, throughout the series. When the game was on the line and the ball in her hands she immediately looked to pass, instead of going to the hoop to try to win the game! On the other side, Aja showed her leadership by taking over with her dominant performance all night! Looking forward to going to another championship parade on the lv strip!!
