Paul George wants the 4-year max and I see why, he's 34 years old player with injuries last few seasons and I would think his last big pay day plus he will be 38 years old at the end of the contract. I don't feel he really wants to leave California even if he could join a team that gave him a way better chance at a championship. Maybe the Warriors or the Lakers but I don't think either have the cap space to sign him out right and give him a max deal maybe in the years but not money wise, have to be done with a trade. If it's been this long and the Clippers haven't worked out a deal with George, I wonder how talks are going go with James Harden, since he wanted a max deal from the Sixers and didn't get it and do why he end up on the Clippers.
