Yes this is true and a lot of people forget but this is not his first royal rumble caliber match that he has won. He was actually the Andre the giant battle royale winner and it was 20 men that time. So he has what it takes and now the rumble included some heavyweights and what people don’t realize is that being able to carry the company and being the heavyweight or undisputed champion doesn’t Always mean you have to be Roman reigns, Seth Rollins, drew, or cm punk for that matter. It means that you can be a Cody Rhodes, Eddie Guerrero, mysterious, and others who even though not considered heavy weight caliber were still heavyweight caliber because of their drive, technical skills, and the ability to be smart and maneuver correctly. Jey to me is all of that and is only getting better we just have to continue to let him cook.

The rumble was great and Jey's win was a fun surprise. My qualm is if Jay chooses Gunther, it will stretch believability. The WWE Championship is the real title. Jey won the rumble, so he should want to choose Cody. Something should happen to force him to take on Gunther instead.
