what’s sad is nobody is gonna say that the Cavs are the best team in the east until they A: finish 1st B: beat the Celtics in a series C: watch the Knicks fall apart in injuries D: realize that the Pistons are in 9th place in the historically horrible eastern conference

It’s not sad, they gotta prove themselves. I’m from Cleveland but it don’t really matter til Playoffs.

@@jumido-2k ok, so let’s continue to talk Knicks and Lakers let’s cater to the big markets when they are both first round exits, THIS is the exact problem

The historically horrible eastern conference that just happens to be better than the west

There's a saying in boxing that goes "you've got to beat the champ to be the champ" and that sentiment applies very much to the NBA and how we think about it. The Celtics are still the current champions, until they go down in the playoffs they'll be the favorites in most discussions. This happens just about every year when discussing the sport. Don't be sad but be happy that you know better, I'm favoring the Cavs myself

Kenny Atikson is the coach of the year, he shouldnt have been fired from the Nets in 2019, we know who got him fired
@rainmwhop6 сағат бұрын
Unless Believeland was a saying before LeBron got there, referencing that without him seems criminal. Gotta turn the page on marketing, it’s a different Cavs team and circumstance

Spida only scored 11 pts yet the Cavs still dropped 129 pts againts the best defensive team If that happened last season they would have been down by 25 They now have a system that does not rely solely on Spida Coach Kenny is a game-changer for the Cavs

The OKC Thunder organization is equivalent to the 90’s Trailblazers era with Drexler, Robinson, and Porter and when Rick Adelman coached them OR you can say the 00’s Kings with Webber, Divac, Peja, JWill/Bibby, Jackson with Rick Adelman also as their coach.

Great game. Cleveland is complete. That height will kill other teams. Want to see them play again once Chet comes back.

Problems with the NBA 1) paying these player such HUGE contracts only for them to do load management and be out an egregious amount of games 2) They shoot too many 3s which is low percentage shot. I’ve seen teams go back and forth missing 7 straight 3s until 1 team hits 1 then they both continue shooting. It doesn’t make for a good product

Stephen A said the Timberwolves were going to win last season because they eliminated the Nuggets. He just says whatever. It’s way too early to make predictions.
