I will confess, I talked so much crap about kd after signing with the warriors. His excuse was he wanted to play the right way, I didn't buy in I thought he just wanted to be given a championship. I'm all in now, he won finals mvp, he ran circles on lebron. His defense is top notch, his blocking ability is shocking, plays without the ball, and literally doesent care about his numbers. I have never seen him enjoying himself like he is now. I knew kd was really good (okc) but I didn't know he had all around game like this.

The two most efficient superstars in the game. Only two players who can get theirs, while still allowing everyone else on their team to be the best versions of themselves. Neither need the ball in their hands every single play to stat pad. You don’t have to go stand in the corner and wait for the pass, to boost my assist totals with these two. Just do whatever you do best, these two can get theirs regardless.. both can get you 40, within the flow of the offense.

KD feels way more comfortable around Curry, it really shows in interviews and in-play. IMO, I think KD finds a piece of home with Curry. They met when they were 10 years old playing against on another in a gym in KD’s hometown. There’s always a little love with your homie when you came from the same place and now living life and doing what you love. These two guys are homeboys for life.

@GRIMSREVENGE253
@GRIMSREVENGE253 7 жыл бұрын
People really don't understand KD till this day. He didn't want to stack the deck in his favor just to win a Championship. He wanted to play with guys who actually like each other and have each other back and is proud to see their teammate do good and actually cheer each other on. This makes the game so much fun to play when you feel like your team is a family that nobody can fuck with. You see what OKC is going through with that fuck up mind set they always play with.
@waveguts
@waveguts 7 жыл бұрын
KD shouldve never turned his back on his own teammates. Everyone clearly understood that he wanted to leave but the betrayal came from his choice of team. He departed to the best team in the league who were his rivals and had just blew 3 1 lead against. He then begins to trash okc in the media and on the court despite him saying that there was no beef. Kd did the weakest move in sports history and his ring is hollow. Had lebron made that move he would have been crucified. Again, its not the fact that he left but where he decided to go.
@GRIMSREVENGE253
@GRIMSREVENGE253 7 жыл бұрын
KD watch how a unselfish team can always beat a selfish team and he had enough. It's just like I tell my family. Your title as brother, sister, mother, father, uncle, ect. ect. Don't mean shit to me if you don't treat me as such. All the in house fighting OKC was doing after every loss made playing for that team a fucking nightmare.

KiNG I think the point is at the end of the day he has the right to go wherever. Ya being in GS puts him in the best position to win, but it also allows him to be the best version of himself. He's still pulling his weight. Thts what shud matter.

@rileydinkleman1022 7 жыл бұрын
He may look happy but we will never know when it's all said and done if he's truly satisfied or not. Lebron went back to Cleveland because he thought it would mean that much more, and when he won, we all felt those tears. I hope KD gets to experience that type of joy at least once in his lifetime. They have a great thing going but for KD's legacy, I think he should've stayed at OKC and asked to trade Westbrook for a pass first pg who can make plays.
@isabellamacae1
@isabellamacae1 7 жыл бұрын
Riley Dinkleman I don't think okc wudve even thought about trading Russ. KD had to leave. Ya it's a diff feeling since he didn't spend 8 years in the bay and then win. But he's worked for it for years. Thts all tht shud matter to KD. He shud be proud of it regardless. I think tht okc chapter is closed. Maybe if okc was him home state then it wud hurt tht he cudnt win it there. But he was jus there cause Seattle drafted him. I think tht makes his case & bron's a lil diff since bron was born in Ohio & left ..

Everyone calling KD a snake is bitter and a hater. Clearlyyyyyy, these two with Klay and Dray are meant to play together. They actually play for each other, always looking for the better shot, and whoever is hot that night, that’s who’s getting the ball fed. They check their egos before they step on the floor. And KD and Steph both have similar styles. Like a match made in Heaven. Haters don’t even respond, they hate is blurring your vision from watching these men play PURE TEAM BASKETBALL. Maybe one day you will wake up. And if your a Lebron fan, if ur truly a fan of his, you have to appreciate the Warriors, this is like the ultimate team the best player has to face. They bring the best out of Lebron, he’s had 3 crazy Finals in a row from facing these guys, and that’s all a real fan from the game can ask for. Just wish Kyrie was still in Cleveland, he’s another player that’s gets extra motivated playing the Warriors.

therealist811 He doesnt have to drop 30 PPG w/ KD on the team. He is averaging 26, 7 and 5 this year, on just 17 attempts a night or 16? I cant remember and he is only playing 32 MPG man. Steph is good where he's at. He is in chill mode, till the playoff's start which is smart because, it is a long season, and postseason. Steph has only missed 5 games so far, and the game on Christmas, will make it 6. He is still going to play 75 games this year, so he's had another consistent season with all that begin said.

therealist811 Yeah because he went from taking 25+ shot attempts a game to about 17 and he is still averaging 26, 7 and 5 which is consistent when were looking at his career stats startin' from 2012 to now which is good. Steph only plays 32 MPG rt. He's doing what other PG do in a full game, in just 3 Qts lmao. Steph is fine where hes at lol. He could go off but, thats not what makes GS so great. Steph Last yeah, he averaged 25, 5 and 5 while deferring to KD and what happened when KD went out? He went into MVP mode!! Yeah I mean we want to see him have those same crazy, old games but he's an unselfish player that cares about team success. With Steph craftiness and crazy shooting, his type of play style, he can average 20 and 10 for the next 4 to 5 years and he'll win 2 more rings or 3 if they all stay healthy? Tbh I think they'll win this year, and the next year lose from fatigue!? Then win the next year after that? and then their dynasty will be over?? Steph will be 32, Klay will be 30, and KD will be 32 lmao. Green will be 29. Their core will still be pretty young at that time too!!! McCaw will be more mature and so will Bell as well. Livingston might still be around!? Iggy might retire by then and West and Zaza might be retied as well. Time will tell through. This GSW team, is in their prime which is scary bc all their young players will fully develop. Tbh, McCaw and Bell will be a lot better than Green and Iggy eventually, b/c they are great young defensive minded players!! Kerr and the GSW roster will groom both of them very nicely.
@savonsanders8684
@savonsanders8684 7 жыл бұрын
therealist811 Another thing is Steph owned the Portland series without KD! In the Finals he averaged 27/9/8 while drawing double teams and attention! I seen KD get ALOT of wide open dunks all throughout the Finals lol He almost averaged a triple double and thats still not good enough??? He outrebounded Tristan Thompson in 3 straight games! Steph impacted the game, that did not show up on the stat sheet!! Strength in numbers = rings. Individual accolades don't equal = rings.

I've been through the Jordan Era, the Tim Duncan, Kobe, Shaq Era, LeBron, Wade.... These two are the most selfless players I've seen. They're fun, confident, but they don't let their egos get in the way. Kinda remind me 2 Timmy in terms of humility.
