(Obviously, feel free to come up with better names than I did, lol) I just think that the NFL will continue to evolve and have rule changes that might make other positions more valuable. I like keeping traditions and having the MVP stay constant throughout the years, but be won by different types of players over time, based on where the game is at, is something i dont want to mess with. In the past, RB was more valuable. Who knows what the NFL will look like in the future. Maybe it will be a defensive player, or (god forbid) even a special teams player.

Thats a lie. Allen has 37 tds to 7 turnovers, Lamar 37 and 8. Everyone says Lamar has the stats, but he simply has more yards. Allen has the superior record, has beaten KC and Detroit who are 0-2 against him and 25-1 against everyone else. Whereas Lamar is 0-2 against the Raiders are Browns who are 3-23 against everyone else. Allen has the better QBR, an inferior cast who has literally been in and out with injuries literally all year, where Lamar has the superior cast and who has been healthy all year. It is not Lamar fatigue, after being screwed by the league for years Allen has a right to enjoy an MVP in which HE took control. That is a dumba$$ narrative to say it is Lamar fatigue when Allen is taking it from everyone, and the data, eye test, historical records, signature plays in signature wins, etc all indicate that.

Has to be Allen. Last year Lamar rightfully won it, but did so with inferior numbers to Purdy, based on him carrying his team. For an MVP, his stats were pretty pedestrian. You can’t deny Purdy an MVP last season, then award Lamar the award for being in Purdy’s position the following season. This year, Allen is the one carrying his team, WHILE putting up exceptional numbers himself. He also has the better record. It would be ideologically inconsistent to award Lamar. Love Lamar and he’s been phenomenal this season, but Allen is neck and neck with him production wise, on a less stacked team and he has a better record.

Gotta be the silliest thing anyone has said on this thread.Do u watch football?Do u know who is on both of these rosters?.The Bills #1 reason for leading their division is Josh Allen he throwing the ball too valet Parkers ND bouncers.James Cook is pretty good but he ain't no Hall of Fame type like Derrick Henry ND Lamar throws too Zay Flowers ND Odell Beckham Jr!.Both Ravens ND Bills pass defense is trash but that's only similarity Josh is DEFINITELY doing more with less.U elevated your run game too Elite with the most dominant RB of the last 7-8 years ND you got less victories than last year as well as fighting for your life for the division.Bills lost Gabe Davis the speedster ND Downfield threat along with Stefon Diggs ND Got BETTER.make it make sense.

Tje ravens are 4-9 without Lamar. the bils are 2-2, Lamar won an MVP throwing to willie snead at 22, Allen is winning his first mvp at 28. stfu. Lamar is and always will be better then allen
