The fun the team is having is wild. It's such a stark contrast to the feel of the Sabans last couple seasons. There was some serious pressure on those squads. I don't feel that as much. Still much to learn but I am excited now....RTR!!!

Coach D and OC Sheridan better learn that you don’t throttle back on a team like Georgia or any other team in the SEC for that matter. I know that Georgia made necessary adjustments at halftime. However, Bama did not come out and play the second half with the same intensity as they did in the first and it almost cost them the game .

@tonyyelverton92 Really should watch some coaches breakdown the film. The first half Ga allowed Bama to realign and unbalance the OL to one side all night in the first half, and it was odd, Ga didn’t match the fronts and Bama took countless free run plays and subsequent TDs by Milroe. The second half, Bama didn’t pressure and played prevent. Esentially it wasn’t keep the pedal to the metal, there was no defensive adjustements be either team each half, and it made players flat footed.

I agree, I love Saban but he was a more conservative coach that prepared his players for the NFL and Those QB,s don’t run the ball they pass. He wanted Milroe to pass, he didn’t want him running, not to mention he could get hurt. Deboer unleashed the beast in Milroe by designed QB runs and let’s him decide weather to run or not. Saban didn’t allow that and that’s why he was sacked so many time last year. You won’t see that this year. But don’t get me wrong, Saban still the goat…….for now. Lol Rol tide

We have a great coach. I’ve honestly thought with his background, the talent CNS recruited, the players that followed him from Washington, that says a lot. CNS said after winning a natty during his first years. “It’s not the end, it’s just the beginning!” Here we are in 2024….beginning. I think those 17 years were pretty great and a lot found football relevant again. Coach DeBoer has made a great start. Excited for the future! Roll🐘Tide. All day,every day…….

The second half was a complete breakdown of Alabama coaching. Terrible clock management on offense and the DC put NO pressure on the Georgia QB. The score never should have been that close. Hopefully the coaching staff learned something from that.
