He obviously understands that. The problem is your personal isn't equipped to be an elite defense. He's trying the get internal improvement from the Lakers young players there, but he at least has to maximize the offense more since that's what your starters and available players are good at. He's creating a style that maximizes the margins of basketball to help you win more games with what you have
