He's a great addition. I don't get why Diego insists in doing his interviews in Spanish. He has such a thick accent that it's very difficult to understand. I've never heard Spanish with what appears to be a Portuguese accent.

He cut weight by 66kg, went through weeks of weight cutting and on the day of the cut And in the end the fight was at 74kg Dan Ige had no stress from this crazy week that Ortega had with Diego. Didn't cut weight In fact, the disadvantage was all for Diego, not Dan Ige, because Dan Ige came in lightly, if he lost, no one would judge.

The translator legit has that Spanish from Spain accent except without a lisp. Diego definitely has that Mexican Spanish but with his Brazilian Portuguese flavor. With that said, they both speak Spanish better than me and its my 1st language

I wish someone would ask him about his tendency to grab at his throat/adams apple during fights. I mean that in a respectful manner, wether its a tick or bad habbit im just curious. Because i noticed it yesterday Vs Dan Ige and the ref mentioned it to the Doc to check him thinking it was due to a strike, when the Doc asked Diego said he was fine but the cameras panned away. I noticed he has done this in a prior fight Vs Sadiq Yussuf so i doubt it was an injury. Maybe him cutting weight to 145 messes with his throat? Idk
