Now, I'm not saying that they are wrong about the Dolphins in cold weather. They're not. The fact that they are 7-18 in even sub 60 degree weather is pitiful. However, as a Packer fan who watched the game, blaming Tua for this loss is asinine. Sure, he missed some easy completions, and I would blame him for two of the five sacks he took. He also torched us down the middle of the field for nearly 400 yards. I would blame the special teams, the TWENTY missed tackles on defense, and spotty protection for the loss before I blame Tua.

A fumbled punt reception, terrible O-line with 5 sacks allowed, terrible defense, and yet Tua is the main reason why the dolphins lost in the cold. When will people learn we can't keep blaming Tua for cold weather losses when there are other parts of the team that the dolphins couldn't fix.

You can't expect a warm water mammal to go to to a landlocked midwestern state and think that it can survive in 30 degrees or less. Claiming that Tua's strength is exposed in cold weather is a tired take. Historically, Miami as a franchise has struggled in cold weather games. The real issue last night was the performance of the offensive line and defense. I’m sick of people blaming the cold for everything. “It’s unfair that the Dolphins have to play divisional games in the cold.” Those divisional rivals play half their games in the cold. It’s unfair to them that Miami gets to play in warm weather 10 times every year. I never hear anyone give Buffalo a pass when they play in Miami because it’s hotter than they’re used to. Everyone acts like the Packers have this amazing home field advantage when it’s cold out, but their players get cold too. Playing 4-5 games in freezing conditions is a pretty obvious disadvantage they have to deal with every year when most other teams only play 1-2. It’s easier to get hurt when it’s slick and the ground is frozen. It’s harder to catch and kick the ball when it’s hard as a rock. Yeah, the Packers players experience the cold more, but too bad. Maybe warm weather teams need to toughen up instead of crying about the weather when they play in the north.

Bob Grease, Dan Marino and then Tua Tagovailoa. The problem with the fins, a fair but not good enough oline. To many FA recovering walking wounded, with the GM hoping that they still got a little gas still in the tank. I would like to see McDaniel get another chance. But don't want him to be calling plays. A new GM not picked from within the organization, one who would be willing to keep both the current HC and Tua. One who can find a backup QB that can also challenge Tua. Draft Oline players that don't mind hard training. Ones that will not be pushed around like rag dolls. I am 68, so not sure how many maybe next year I have left.

Noodle arm in any weather hence the 3 yard dump offs all day and he’s frightened to get hit so his primary goal is getting the ball out quick, but he leaves plays all over the field

*27-3* “How is it Tuas fault!?!?” Really now lmao, people just see the stats and didn’t watch the game 😂

Your right that was a total team effort 😂 all phases of the team dropped the ball 😮
@HawgWyldFishingАй бұрын
Yea I guess Tua supposed to be out there on defense and then go out for punt return and just do everybody’s job for them, while having to do his.
@FIZZAGAАй бұрын
The weather wasn't talked about on news media back in the 80's/90's. I think it was mostly the ruthless star players everywhere on the field. It was so many of them, there was no need for any other topic. 😂 Now we are reaching for an angle
@DC4L1991Ай бұрын
Tua never had a rocket for an arm, he’s not Allen, Herbert or Mahomes. He’s Doug Flutie, Chad Pennington in comp as far as arm strength. He’s depends on timing.

Dallas Cowboys at home vs. Miami Dolphins in cold weather, who wins?
@dillonsparks115Ай бұрын
Dalas is in a warm dome and its dalas money is on mia more than likely especially with how trash the cowboys are thos year
@moneymarv2880Ай бұрын
tua literally threw a 40+ yard td pass against the chiefs last playoffs in like negative degree weather, tf are yall talking about. the cold has never been the issue for the dolphins. the real issue is that they’re a soft, undisciplined team that wilts anytime they play good, physical football teams, regardless of weather
@ThatFalloutGodАй бұрын
Cam's not a particularly bright individual, he's just angry that Tua's a better QB than he ever was at any point in his life.

This is team sports. I'm a Packer fan but I always rooting for the dolphins every week except the play against the Packers

I don't think Tua is Franchise material. Dolphins need to spend a 1st round pick on a QB.
@TeflonBTMАй бұрын
Reading these comments, goes to prove how people will crash out and rally around an underdog, no matter who it is. Was this game his fault? No. Does he still have suspect arm strength? Yes. Would I want him as MY QB? No. Cam wasn’t blaming him he was just stating what we already know, don’t really see the problem
@daltonross4316Ай бұрын
Tua threw for 350 yards, 2 TDs and no interceptions. How is it his fault?
@frandavis1990Ай бұрын
Come on guys, if Lamar with a winning record and Burrow losing while balling out get blamed, they have to put Tua in there for some bashing
@buzznewman9962Ай бұрын
160+ million on that offense and they only had 3 points by half. Ya’ll act like we got a loaded defense or ST coordinator who’s any good lol our investment is in the offense. You expect them to produce. They’ve under performed when it matters for years
@mosesevaimalo8850Ай бұрын
Tua was not the problem the whole team didn't show up
@sweettee_gamingАй бұрын
We missed 20 tackles, couldn’t pressure Love.. had a muffed punt at the beginning. This wasn’t on Tua. Our defense looked paper thin.

McDaniel is the same as Tua all excuses.
@capswole81Ай бұрын
This is a lazy analysis. It’s more to it than just cold weather. DeShon Elliot hit it on the head when he said the team is soft and will never win, because Miami has a cultural issue. And anybody that attempted to change the culture got ran off and smeared by the Miami media. They did it to Flores already and tried to do it to Fangio. The Dolphins players are not serious about winning.

Yeah when things go south the first thing they do is point to the QB but we all seen the same things: the defense was as bad as in the past- is that the QB’s fault? No it’s the DC and his coaching staff and when the offensive line can’t protect the QB is it the QB’s fault? No it’s the OC and his staff. Yeah the QB could have been sharper but try and do that in weather that his not use to, even QB’s that play in cold weather All the time mess up too so what you expect from someone who doesn’t play in cold conditions? Miracle

McDaniel needs to hand over offensive coordinator duties, then he needs to go, in the off season Grier too, a few years ago they blew up the team because they were tired of being mediocre now they are still mediocre but Tyreek makes them slightly avove mediocre
