Yes, that's what i have been saying all along. Top seeders should get to pick their opponents like in some eSports it happened like valorant. Not only it would be fairer to top seeders, it would make things more spicy 🔥😂. Imagine a big team picks a lower team and then loses...how funny it would be 😅. It's much better than randomly drawing a top seeder against a lower seed man city. Let top seeders choose their opponents in round of 16 at least...like #1 get to pick first then #2 then #3 etc. After round of 16 there should be random draws or let them play in double elimination bracket system like eSports have. Unfortunately it would take 2 more matches per team but this system would reduce 'luck factor' and reward those who has been more consistent in europe to determine who is really the best in EUROPE 👑

I don't know the answer to this and I ain't checked with Google or owt but, which European league has the most clubs that have actually won the champions League? I'm saying ours (DIVISION ONE AND PREM TEAMS.) I most other European leagues, there tare and have always been the same tour or five teams at a push, that have always dominated their respective leagues so there don't seem to be as many teams that have won the CL /EUROPEAN TROPHIES

Last night was pretty boring. All the big clubs went through to the last 24 as they will every season. They are guaranteed a knockout spot no matter what now.... In the NFL 14 of 32 teams reach the play offs. UCL we have 24 out of 36. Man City qualified with just 11pts out of 24pts. Less than half those on offer. It should only be 16 or 20 teams that make the knockout stages. Yes the old group stages especially since expansion to 32 teams had gone stale. However this new system could have been done a lot better.
