Is there a reason to not include the post processor in the machine setting file? if i write protect the template file, it should be harder to overwrite it by accidentally pressing save?

In the video we do show the process of adding a post processor file to a machine setup. Is that what you are asking? As for the template file, if you open the template file from your template dialog pop-up window and then press save, it will prompt you to save the file as an .esp file rather than .est, meaning it won't overwrite the template.

ESPRITCAM if u add the post processor and then right click to save the machine setup, the post processor will already be added next time u chose that machine setup. Or do u have more than one post processor for that machine?

@@henrikforsberg683, both this way and the way shown in the video are valid ways to add post processors. If you save a machine setup with a post processor in a template file, you won’t have to add the post every time. The post will be automatically added when you open the template for that specific machine.

Please bring back Esprit 2003 so it works with Windows 10. Much easier for simple 2 axis wire EDM

this is not a good video on how to create a template you already HAD templates that YOU ADDED to your espirit my contention is how DO YOU CREATE A TEMPLATE FROM SCRATCH.
