Cool. Def. Getting one. I wonder if this be good in my 79" Slick with DA50, tech aero ibec, HV servos. I am currently running a jeti 7 channel RX, without power distributoon, just the receiver. 60 flights no issues.

For setup info, it is best to reach out to the tech guys. They would know more than myself. You can reach them at support@esprittech.com.

Excellent Video, good information! 1st question: To help get better oriented to understand the video, I would like a bit more background information on the interaction of previously setup DC/DS Flight Modes (Main Menu > Fine Tuning > Flight Modes. Call this “Tx FMs”) vs. newly employed use of the Assist Modes (Model > Device Explorer REX 10A. Call this “Assist Modes”) setups. How much will you need to modify existing Tx FMs (if at all) when employing Assist Modes? __________________________________________ 2nd question - When you Setup Stick Calibration in the REX 10A Assist Menus what changes (if any) happen to DC/DS Stick Calibrations (Main Menu > System > View Inputs > Calib) that rarely need to be changed? __________________________________________ 3rd question - Concerning the Warning (from my understanding): After making (flight controls) Trim adjustments flying in “Assist Normal Dampening mode” or “Assist OFF”, go back to Assist Menu > “Assign primary flight channels” > and re-Assign primary flight channels and re-calibrate the channels in the Assist menu. If you do NOT do this (re-assign channels), and selected the Assist Hold mode (Heading Hold mode) in flight the aircraft will become un-flyable. Model > Function Assignment and completely remove the associated Trim Control from Flight Controls AIL, ELE, RUD to prevent this potentially disastrous use of Assist “Heading Hold” mode? ______________________ What would be a better solution? _____________________________________ 4th - Could links to follow up information be provided under the video? Links might be listed like the “Features” of the REX 10A are listed above this comments section. I mention this because it is sometimes 2yrs and more years after setting up a valuable piece of equipment like the REX 10A that I will eventually come back to it and need Setup info again. At that point searching massive RC Groups entries becomes even more tedious for me than it is now. It never hurts to ask. Of course, once setup, going through the DC/DS menus themselves answers questions.

I just set up an Assist receiver, and had similar questions. Were these answered somewhere?

Wait - Wait! You flew by the most important part it seems - How do you configure the TX to set up the RX? You talked about mapping channels to the output and that's the part that went by far too fast. Could you start with an overview of the high level implementation so we can figure out how, in general, you use and "assist" type of receiver.
