hormone punk is instant 25%atk, which is a lot if you are speedrunning and uptime is not the problem. Blade gives 30% crit damage which is worse than 25% atk. And lastly 4pc blade's crit rate passive is irrelevant because 1) Its not instant 2) when you are speedrunning to extreme ends and trying it a million times just to improve by 1sec, 12%crit rate buff becomes negligible.
