Can you make one of these in a Lewis Gun, and if so for how much?

I don't do that. My friend does. The requirement to fit the whole system is that there must be a space of 40mm of width to fit the gas valves and the electronics in it. Not all LMGs have such room. This 1919A4 is a fully rebuilt system. No original parts.
