Essence of Spiritual Wealth

We talked about self-reflection and we talked about leading a virtuous life, we also touched upon meditation and why all those things are done and yet there is something else that is left. It’s very important. All of you have traveled to the ashram from somewhere and in physical terms it has been a material journey. That means you made a plan, you started at point A. You did your journey; you took a flight, or you took a train, or you drove down. And then you reached here. To do that journey, you needed resources. You need access to the internet, banking to book a spot here, you needed some kind of ticket to be able to do that journey. To do that material journey, you needed material wealth. You needed those resources. Either you earned them, or you borrowed them, or you pestered somebody to help you.
In much the same manner, to cover your spiritual journey in life, you need spiritual resources. You need spiritual wealth. As with any kind of wealth, you can either earn it, invest it or you can spend it. It is up to you.

For example - It is okay to cry and moan when bad things happen, but never ever okay to lose temper. So honesty pays the key role in spiritual wealth.
