DELICIOUS Crispy Potato Cheese Quesadilla! You will be addicted and can't stop eating!

Hello everyone😘. Today I am sharing with you Yummy Crispy Potato Cheese Quesadilla made from very simple ingredients but tastes so delicious that you want to make it very often! You literally will be addicted and can't stop eating! Easy weekend Breakfast！

Ingredients:
2 potatoes
50g (1/2 cup) Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 shallot
1/2 tbsp butter
4 slices turkey ham
add 3 tbsp Corn and 3 tbsp Green Peas
6 tortillas
Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Olive Oil
It doesn't get easier than a cucumber and tomato salad!
Ingredients:
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tbsp grated lemon zest
1 tsp lemon juice
Season with salt and black pepper
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Cucumber
Cherry tomatoes
1 shallot
Parsley or basil

The texture of the potato filling was a little odd at first, but after a few bites it was really tasty. I felt it was just a bit bland and missing something, so I added a few chopped tomatoes which really enhanced the flavor. My husband is a very picky eater but liked this and another of your recipes that I made yesterday, so I’m going to give them ALL a try!

Quesadillas are usually eaten with salsa, because the tomatoes and onions give an acidic taste to balance the richness of the cheese and potatoes.

You can remove ham/corn/peas. Mashed potatoes is rather boring so I would roast potatoes to add more flavor and add some bite after the tortilla. Mix the mozerella with another similar melty cheese to enhance flavor profile(if no mexican cheeses). These are the 2 main ingredients that have little natural flavoring so you got to pump it up to an 11. For more mouth-joy, add cheese to the outside of the tortilla and toast that side, repeat on the other. Remove tomato sauce. Add a little diced onion/bell peppers(moar color = moar taste). Buy any store sauce like a chipotle sauce or even siracha, really anything and drizzle that bad boy on those quesadillas. Not going to make it complicated, just a few suggestions if other people find it a bit bland.
