I am an avid Kastrup reader and would very much welcome a book just on this topic. So important for the spread of Analytic Idealism!

I think it's a helpful thought, that our fixation on the material or outer aspect of the world is more of a step in our psychological/spiritual evolution. This is what Jung and especially Neumann considered when they spoke of the 'natural extraversion tendency' of humanity. Introversion, that is seeing the subjective and mental as fundamentally real, is the secondary 'evolutionary step'. In this view, the materialistic dogma is not quite a (logical) error but is something that is necessarily part of our evolution as the human species.

Hello Bernado , I hope you are doing well. I really appreciate your work and commitment to bringing thos knowledge and understanding forwards for the rest of humanity. I wanted to ask if you would be available for an hour or so long video for my channel. The main subjects would be Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy. I hope to hear back from you. Sincerely, Tom Anderson I

Regarding placebo, I would strongly suggest anyone interested in that topic to read some books of dr. Joe Dispenza

This is one of the few areas where I disagree with professor Kastrup. Idealism is not the predominant worldview in Academia, but it IS predominant in most of the world. People still believe in an eternal soul, many many believe in heaven, hell...it's just not a philosophical point of view backed by science as idealism as claimed by the essentia foundation is, but religion is still, ultimately, idealism; and atheists are a minority literally everywhere, especially in less developed countries which represent in fact the majority of the world. I feel that when professor Kastrup approaches this topic he seems to live in a world of materialistic atheists or something like that, maybe it's like this in the very specific developed Dutch bubble where he lives, but that's definitely not how the vast majority of people in the world think.

Most cultures in the world are materialistic, you see it almost everywhere in the world, even religious people are not that religious anymore and I don't even know if any or most of them really believe in God. There are very few real atheists, but they have much more social and cultural power than regular people, they influence the world much more than them. The high western parts of the world have all the influence over basically the whole world, so of course the rest of the world will adopt its culture and ontology, even they without knowing, also thanks to globalization and internet. Human civilization is developed in itself, they are materially prospering, the world has never been about "poor and rich people", this is polarizing the world and taking down all its nuance, since the world is extremely more complex than that. So yeah it is perfectly fair and actually recommended to generalize the whole world instead of discriminating it into sections that nobody asked being part of them in the first place.

This is patently false. Religion is a dualistic worldview, maintaining both a material and physical world. Especially western, Abrahamic religion. Idealism is non-dualistic.
