@@Anurag-xv7yw see, weight is something which can be change if we put some efforts so they allow some relaxation but can't say with surity about underweight, try to gain some weight from now onwards, alot of time is available.

See in case of underweight they will tell u to have some water or eat something to gain weight in ur case if it is 3kg underweight then take 2l of water with apples bananas or some other eatebles......weight is not a big deal in PET of capf as it is the part of medical process.....i have also given few medicals and have seen underweight people clearing medicals

See believe in your preparation, nothing is sufficient in literal sense, but sb kuch hi padh lena is also not possible. So Yes, itna karna and yaad rkhna is more important , do it religiously. These 2 books are enough!!
