For once in my life, I'm instinctively doing something right. All my story ideas come to me as "endings," and then I have to figure out what came before. And...I already own some IP I want to convert into screenplays. Yay! Haha!

I find in writing that I often need to start a little before i figure out the end, just to get in the headspace of the story. I'm not writing without an ending in mind, I just need to write a little bit to figure out what that ending should really be.

Go Jake that's like telling someone what church to go to in order to go to heaven. Some people Jordan Peele throws ideas in a sand box and figure then which situations he wants to go with... Lots of writers on Film Courage say- No I never write an outline. It depends on the writer. The second and third act. I totally agree but No.. Creativity is a gloomy road but best traveled in my opinion out in the desert. Not- Oh my main character gets killed by a car in the end of the second act.. Not me anyway.. Go I love your videos. Sincerely. Oh some time can you post about what every scene should be? I've been digging for it. You just posted a video a short time ago.. I should of written it down.
