I suggest to include ginger essential oil too as ginger is very very effective in reducing Arthritis inflammation.

Try trauma oil! It’s absolutely amazing! I don’t even put anything in it and it takes the pain away! It’s a must have oil for every medicine cabinet!

Wendy Benjamin yes, you definitely need to pay attention to the rollerball material. I have a stainless steel cup that I drink out of at work. I use citrus oil in it. The cup is fine, but the lid made out of plastic is actually wearing down because of the oils. so be aware that especially Citrus oils will break down plastic over time.

Can’t you just pour all the oils at once into a container and just keep filling up the roller with the mixture? Wouldn’t that make it easier?

The 10ml bottle is quite a bit. I suppose you could add everything together in one container but then all of those would be ties up in one mixture. I prefer to mix as I go.

What size is your roller bottle. Max should be 3% of essential oils.

They are 10mL bottles. You could probably lower rhe amount of drops per oil, but this recipe works well enough for me that I don't want to mess with the amounts. Thank you for watching!

I would only use glass. They are easily found on Amazon. Also be sure to get a colored glass not clear. The color will diffuse light allowing your oil mixture to last longer.

It is best to use an coloured glass like amber or the dark blue that Big Bear is showing. The roller itself should be a stainless steel ball.
