@@Cosmos_Beatz what mods did you go for that level bhp? I bought my 452 brand new in 2003 and have stored for over 15yrs. Rebuilt suspension and brakes/steering from the ground up. Refurbished interior completely. New custom deep pipe Crimson red carpet and mats. Replacement sump with drain plug, dump valve, blindschleich exhaust, stage 1 ecu remap (2004) and only 31000 miles. I have 110bhp and increased gear change speed which is great from paddles but not much difference in auto. Interested to know what made the jump on yours to 145 bhp?

Pushing above 1.5bar of boost pressure is possible by disabling some securities in the MEG1.1, but you won't know how much boost you're making and it will blow your plenum. 1.5bar is a sensible maximum, 1.8 bar is the maximum I'd go but the turbo can give 2.2 bars in perfect conditions.

The SRI facebook group has some great extra info. Ive 3d printed a scoop that takes air from the side vent straight into the intake pipe. Just with this i noticed better response and my boost peaks at 1.45 bar instead of 1.5 This should mean my turbo is having an easier time providinf the airflow. Also upgraded intercooler fan

I have rs tuning software 115hp (coming from 82hp). 4bar fuel pressure regulator. Also used to have a s-mann exhaust but had to remove it for technical inspection.

Yes, very happy. Big difference in power. I forgot that I have also smartmods uk air filter installed. Bigger airflow.

What throttle body is the correct one from opel Corsa 1.0l ? Do you have a opel part number ? Is it plug and play wih the cable?

If you upgrade the throttle body, you will notice the car being slower. It bought the plug and play OEM throttle body on ebay and kept the factory hoses. I ve upgraded to silicone hoses and it got a bit better, but ultimately I needed a remap to make use of the better airflow.

Using a throttle body from another brand needs a spacer plus you need to make sure is compatible and it may need some cutting. More hustle. Paid a bit more but I think its worth it

Personally I did a few but after install a really large throttle body my idle rpm where above 2000 ;/ Now i think the best mod its just put engine and gearbox from 454, 3A9 family to be exact

Ford`s new EcoBoost Dragon 1.5l 3cyl turbo engine should be ideal swap candidate for Roadster. 150-180hp in stock form and easily upgradable to 220hp. I actually looking forward to buy Roadster with intention to make this swap

Try swapping the backplate from your original throttle body to the bigger throttle body. The resistors are different and thats probably why you get higher and/or fluctuating rpms.
