What if I worked in a firm for 12 months and I have account transactions for 6-7 months only and for remaining time, firm paid me in cash. Will my work of 12 months ex get justified if I show account statement and transaction for 6-7 months only

6-7 months should be more than enough....you received Last 6 months or initial 6 months salary as cash ??..... Ideally one should have last 6 months salary slip as proof...

I had worked in a firm on a contractual basis for 2 years. I do have the experience certificate mentioning date of joining and leaving, my designation, company's stamp and all. Also I could provide the bank statements as proof of my crediting salary. Can I include this as a work experience?

Hello sir! I'm a dentist and I worked in a clinic for 15 months ( December 2022 to march 2024). They have provided appointment letter and work experience letter on the clinic's letter head. Since most of the clinic is not registered under any government firm like GST, MSME etc. Sometimes they did pay through online tranfer and sometimes through cash. I wanted to know Whether this would be counted as work experience or not?

@@sushantkumar6749 only the months where you can actually show that your bank account received the money would be counted, cash in hand months would be discarded as they are not valid, this is the case for most colleges like iims and other big brands, But some colleges might accept the cash in hand salary months. It all depends on college to college. But the big colleges are surely not accepting them from this year, which was clearly stated in their instructions while filling the cat form 2023, a friend of mine was showing cash in hand as proof in one of the iims. His acceptance was discarded due to months being cash in hand

sir ..acc to financial laws no one has the right to demand bank account statement...that is prohibited by law as it states only the account holder has the right to see the account statement

They MIGHT (in case of doubt) ask for Salary details sincAdmissionsns are based on this. This is a part of the proof. And you have agreed to it- to furnish proofs.

@@Azucation i had a 2 year gap cz of upsc prep and then i decided to switch over to cat prep! and then so that the gap doesnt increase i decided to start working immediately..and i got a job at a small firm but the issue is they gave me salary in account but not monthly but they gave me my salary after 6 mnths...(it was mentioned in the offer letter that the salary wud be credited in one go) after that i left it and working at MNC..my doubt is will that 6 mnth experience count? the salary is in account and credited by the name of company and have the salary slips as well
