Grocery store clerk here: I really, really appreciate this. They've started cutting hours because our sales are slowing back down, even though we didn't get any extra hours when we were busiest. They also haven't given us hazard pay, even after someone at my location tested positive. But I have the utmost respect for healthcare workers above all else. i haven't got a break since covid started, leaving my wife and little girls at home. I work at a fruit and vegetable warehouse on inventory and gal' dang is been demanding. This song made me tear a lil, thank you brother, this song is just what i need it.
