Exploration of the source of the Essequibo was no easy task. It was tough. Very. But you persevered together with the skilled Guyanese cutting all those branches and navigating the narrow streams. Fascinating, for the team to have opened the way for future explorers. I hope this Eden like discovery will remain unspoiled for sometime. Thank you.

It's extremely difficult in the dense rainforest and you truly acknowledged that fact. Hats off to the team. That discovery should be hatched into Guyana's history.

One thing I wish was minimized was the music. I was loving listening to the natural sounds of culture and nature through and around the over blown music. Save your money and have the people make a quiet sound track, for your sequels! Hourglass work, the best I have seen in nature’s relation to human culture! Continued blessings.🌎

My Dad, who passed away a few years ago, worked in Guyana back in the late 1960's when I was just a toddler. He brought home a baby macaw one of the Indians had gotten out of a nest high up in a tree in the jungle. I grew up with that scarlet macaw from Guyana; we named her lady. It was wonderful to finally see this magical country full of jungle that my father talked about. What a tough expedition! Congratulations to the brave 14 people who managed to persevere through such harsh conditions to fulfill the goals of their expedition.

The names of those brave adventurous people should be recorded for posterity. That young indigenous guy who was selected to plant the flag of Guyana at the source of the Essequibo river should be in the history books of Guyana.
