This is an example of country I was born into where if there was disaster people rolled up their sleeves and got on with rescuing treating and feeding people as best as they could now they would sit complaining on twitter.. All car then were searched and drivers interviewed to stop looting and everyone had to prove who they were What a wonderful country it once was to live in..... Now we don't even check who the dingy divers are or if they are armed or crooks
