One of my buddys ballooned up to 240 so he started running all the time and lost 40 lbs pretty quick. I told him not to be careful over training because I messed up my knees training and doing marathons. After a couple months his knees were so bad he couldn't run anymore. I think heavy dudes shouldn't run at all and just stick to weight training until they get down to a lighter weight. Build up the muscles and tendons in the legs especially if you haven't run in your adult life and avoid heel-striking when you do run. I hike a three mile trail on a butte with a 75lb ruck sack(GORUCK 4.0) a couple times a week and don't even run anymore and my knees feel great.

I can vouch for the "Stack big hitters, even if they are inconsistent". Ive made the playoffs 7/10 years and won 1 year. Every other year Ive made the playoff as top 5 scorer and got absolutely wrecked by an opposing team just having 2 dudes go off!!!! Like wow! 40 points and 40 points from 2 players. Luckily fantasy takes a lot of luck as well. In my home league the money is at 28,000 ish i believe. Our rules are a little different from regular leagues. Last place gets to pick their draft position 1st the following year and the winner gets the last spot not taken. To win the pot you have to win BACK to BACK 2 years in a row. Just redraft but its super fun and no one wants to leave cause the pot is so big. 14 teams. Half point. Always a great time when football comes. We said if no one wins by year 15 we just refund everyone lol
