This concert piece is amazing. It's easy to see the concerntration in Estas' face as he give it his all. It's a moving piece with unique frequencies that touch the soul. Anyone who cannot percieve the passion and power in this piece...... must be one of those poor people who cannot appreciate how music touches the soul. Without realising, sometimes I listen with earphones on, when I'm stressed out.........not just this piece but Internal Flight and others............and at the end, realise tears have mapped their way to my chin on my journey of being 'cut off from the rest of the world and it's stress'. I wonder if Estas realises just how much power and ability to give others that 'something' special they need, just by listening. It's all about the magic that comes from within him. Always varying, depending on how he's feeling during a performance. No, I'm not an 'I love Estas' nut. My eldest sons not that much younger than him..............for me, it's all about his unique gift to share his creations that 'move' others, no matter what they're going through.

First with Estas Tonne I experienced what true music is that really has a deep effect. Unfortunately, not until I was 50 years old. I wish I had discovered his music much earlier. It would have changed a lot of things in my life, as it does now. Estas Tonne's music has its own unique language that soulful people understand without words. His music is like a memory of something lost, wonderful, of which one had only a tiny inkling.... His music brings "forgotten" up from the underground into the light. It is clearly a language of the soul. It welds soul parts together again and opens hearts! Estas Tonne is so important for this loveless and soulless world as a healing opposite. Thank you for your being, Estas Tonne. No twenty psychological therapy practices have such healing power.
