I started to listen to hardstyle when youtube recommended a song to me and then I found Zyzz and I was listening to songs called Zyzz Hardstyle and I was like who is this guy? Then I started to watch and listen to every song where I was able to find him. Then I told myself holy shit I love this guys style then I found your channel and all of your songs are giving me motivation, after this I searched a bit deeper about Zyzz and I found out we were born at the same day, March 24th and I was in shock for a couple of days because I actually liked his style and I looked up to him instantly before I knew that information. I remember getting out of a toxic relationship where she overfed me with fat and unhealthy food. She mentally abused me and told me I was ugly, that nobody else would want me.. When we broke up I was happy af but I wanted a better shape. I just couldn‘t see myself in the mirror. Luckily my brother lived with us for 3 months because of having to find a new place to live (with his wife) and he came to me and asked me if I would do workout with him. I instantly agreed and he began telling me about this legend called Zyzz. And hearing about his story and seeing what impact he had, has and will have on this world gave me such a boost in confidence. I knew I was gonna make it. 2 months of training and a healthy diet later: I lost 20 kilos. I gained a little more muscle mass and I felt happier than before. But the time came and my brother moved out and in to his new house with his wife. I was on my own again. I‘m not the person to make things alone.. I tend to say „fck it“ when noones around to tell me to do it and to keep up the grind. I was and I‘m still dealing with depression. Even though I said that I was happy, I still wasn‘t satisfied with about 80% of the rest of my life. Anyways, I‘ve kept my weight at around 82-84kg since then. I‘m not that serious about my diet anymore, I just don‘t touch garbage food or drinks (fast food, candy, sodas). And lately I‘ve been starting to get this sick feeling about myself and my body. I was never a fan of this „self acceptance“ bullshit. Never will I. So I‘ve basically not liked myself for months (again). Until today. The past three days some videos from people who went from really fat/really skinny to completely maxed were recommended me. And that‘s when it started to hit me again. The past three days there was this feeling, this push, this adrenaline building up inside me. This feeling that‘s telling me to do it. And today is the day I finally realize. Keep grinding. I‘ve hit a maximum of 13 pushups yesterday and I‘ve hit a maximum of 15 pushups just now. I‘m gonna keep it up, until I reach 25 pushups. And when that day has come, I will set my goals higher. And I will continue doing so. Fckin hell, never wrote so much in my entire life.
